Psychometrics

This section details important psychological measurements1. Psychometrics reveal quantified information about overall mental health, workplace performance, socialisation, personal well-being and a plethora of other properties.

Resilience Scale

Resilience is the ability to effectively respond to pressure and stress and easily recover from set-backs. The diagram below shows my response to pressure in terms of five different areas of functioning: Self-belief, Optimism, Purposefulness, Managing Situations and Emotional Tolerance.

50% Self-belief
76% Optimism
63% Purposefulness
60% Managing Situations
43% Emotional Tolerance

These quantities have been calculated as a mean response across a series of simulated situations of varying stress levels, ensuring fairly accurate estimates.2

Situational Judgement

This test measures the behaviour and attitudes towards work related scenarios. Specifically, the assessment revolves around a person's effectiveness in handling situations in a potential work environment. It is marked by the following main properties: Influence, Teamwork, Results, Integrity.

80% Influence
80% Teamwork
80% Results
70% Integrity

These quantities have been calculated as a mean response across a series of simulated situations of unusual work encounters, ensuring fairly accurate estimates.3

Verbal Reasoning

Verbal reasoning is understanding and reasoning using concepts framed in words. It aims at evaluating ability to think constructively, rather than at simple fluency or vocabulary recognition.

61% Recognition Accuracy
79% Answering Speed

Scores rank within the 86th percentile of my assigned testing group (n = 18544). These quantities have been calculated as a mean response to questions across a series of paragraphs dealing with various subjects, ensuring fairly accurate estimates.4
